Dive at your own pace
If you decide to opt for the PADI, then the first step is to undertake the Open Water Diver Referral Course, which will put you on your way to discovering the beautiful underwater worlds all by yourself. There are two main areas of tuition, known as knowledge development and confined water training. With regards the former, you can complete the theory element with the aid of an Open Water manual and a crew pack. This enables you to study in the comfort of your own home, and after each session in the pool, you can go through the manual with your instructor who will be available to answer any of your questions. Depending on your schedule the confined water training part of this PADI scuba London course can be completed in one weekend or you can attend weekly pool sessions. There are no time constraints as we understand that people will complete the course at their own pace. So the number of pool sessions that you will need to take to complete the course will depend entirely on you. To start the course, make sure that you are in good health and have a reasonable fitness level. You can opt to complete it in one day, over a weekend or if you require a flexible timetable then you can attend our weekly sessions. You should feel free to check out other scuba diving shops London as we are confident that our prices and service cannot be beaten.

From those who are just finding their underwater feet to technical divers and experienced instructors, all are welcome to join, and by checking out our pool sessions you will find that our scuba diving in London club offers you a great opportunity to practice your skills on a regular basis. We also provide a full set of equipment and a cylinder of air, so all you have to do is to show up and have some fun. We are committed to keeping things social and friendly and to this end we have regular weekly trips to the pub after Tuesday and Friday night pool sessions, and on Sunday mornings we head for breakfast after a pool session in the morning. Of course we would recommend taking part in one of our many scuba diving courses London but joining the club will be a great way for you to start, meet like-minded people and get a feel for what to expect.
Technical Dives
Out of the speciality diving courses available, underwater photography is ranked as one of the most popular. In recent years this course has been made even more enjoyable and easier by virtue of the digital underwater camera. In fact there are two courses that can be taken, one known as the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer and the other simply called the PADI Underwater Photography course. The latter is a more traditional course designed for people to use more conventional film equipment whilst underwater. On the digital course you have scuba diving lessons in London that will start you off quickly using modern digital equipment such as a point and shoot camera or a professional D-SLR model. The course takes two days to complete and is made up of two open water dives. You will learn how to select the right underwater camera system to suit your needs, the PADI SEA method to get great pictures quickly, and the main principles of good underwater pictures. To be considered for this course you will have to have a PADI Open Water Diver certification of something equivalent, and please get in touch if you are not sure whether you have the relevant experience to undertake this course. Another technical diving course you may want to try is the Night Diver Course and as one of the top scuba diving shops in London you will be able to complete this course in a single day and learn how to navigate underwater at night.
